Regenerative Farming.
Not all agriculture is created equal. Our goal is to produce nutrient-dense food as medicine using regenerative organic practices which focus on plant health, soil fertility, animal health, public health, ecological health, community health, and economic health.
We produce vegetables on 3/4 of an acre in Biola, CA (Fresno County).
Soil health is very important to us and our soil is alive and full of fungi, bacteria, nematodes, protozoa, anthropods, earthworms, ants, and more. We never ever use insecticides, herbicides, or fungicides. Wood chips and organic compost that does not have any bio-solids or animal by-products are the main additions to our soil. We also apply certified organic soil microbes to ensure we maintain a balanced soil microbiome.
