Our mission is to inspire communities to take control of their wellness through plant based products and traditional services.  This mission began in 2019, due to the founder's own personal health journey.  We believe that food can be utilized as medicine and wanted to provide a means for the community to receive healthier alternatives,  Our base product is Microgreens made with Non-GMO (organic) seeds.  We are food safety certified through GAP training and are happy to be apart of the Certified Naturally Grown initiative.  We are currently at the following farmer's markets this year and we accept SNAP & FMNP checks.
