I am using all natural fertilizer and pest control and am interested in being certified. I also would like to be advertised as CNG and promote such practicee in the local high tunnel production.

I learned to farm from my dad and I have been farming for market the last two years.

I mulch with poultry paper covered with straw and or grass clippings. I had pull grass or any other weeds that come up.

Aphids, Spider mites, flea,beetles, I had pick once or twice a week, use plants to attract ladybids and hoverflys, purchased green lace wing ehgs,and spray insecticidal soap and neem oil only if necessary.

I manage mildew with baking soda water mix, that so far is the first thing I face since this has been my first year.

Please describe your buffer. Be as specific as possible. On all sides, how far is it from your crops to the next closest use (road, conventional crop, residential yard)? Be sure to specify what is grown on neighboring land that is in agricultural use. For example: To the north and east, a wooded area of at least 100 yards separates us from the neighbor's corn fields, to the south is a fallow field at least 100 yards deep separating us from the road, and to the west about 60 feet separates our crops from a field where conventional corn and soybeans are grown. *
My high tunnels are over a mile from closest farm and our surround by our own ground. The closest public road is over a mile away. We do not spray herbicides or pesticides any where on are farm.
