- 2018 used alfalfa meal to raise fertility and nitrogen for greens production. We grow mostly leafy greens so having good nitrogen levels helped.

- 2018 was flea beettle, aphids and leaf eating worms. Methods of control lady bugs, row covers, hand picking off. 2019 will apply row covers sooner and more crop rotation.

- powdery mildew on cucumber. prayed with baking soda to change the PH to kill the mildew. Once a week until corrected. Im sure there will be others and will search out the most natural method of correcting possible.

Be sure to specify what is grown on neighboring land that is in agricultural use. For example: To the north and east, a wooded area of at least 100 yards separates us from the neighbor's corn fields, to the south is a fallow field at least 100 yards deep separating us from the road, and to the west about 60 feet separates our crops from a field where conventional corn and soybeans are grown. *
- No crops or Ag grown with in 1 radius miles of us. To the North is 60ft with natural ares and 6ft heigh privacy fence between my neighbors residential yard and garden, To the South at east 300ft to residential yard, East is a road then 2ac of fallow field, West 400ft until timber separates from residential yard.

- We are a small family growing the best produce we can, following what we feel are beyond Organic practice. We hope to be approved for this certification to have a credited label that stands behind our already practiced methods. If we don't get approved, it will not change our farming practice. We will still farm the way we have been and not have the label to go along. We want great, safe food for our community and will follow CNG practice either way.
