I grow sugarcane for kettle cooked pure sugarcane syrup and am trying to set my product apart from conventionally grown sugarcane which commonly has corn syrup added during cooking.Natural and organic methods have been used from the beginning on my cane field which is in its third year of production.

to the north of my fields are about 5 acres of dense woods,to the east is 7 acres of planted pines,to the west is about 5 acres of overgrown wooded area,to the south is an open field of about 10 to 15 acres with 2 overgrown hedge rows
